After graduating from Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Law, .  He studied English at EC in Los Angeles/California and has an Advance level English certificate.  Istanbul Medipol University receives my Master's degree.

 He provides services to the leading companies of Turkey and many foreign companies mainly in the fields of Corporate Law, Law of Contracts, Law of Obligations and Commercial Law.  It also provides legal consultancy services in the fields of Insurance Law Practices.  Having a good command of Arabic, Mustafa Akay provides legal consultancy services to many foreign investors regarding their investments in Turkey and other countries.
