In parallel with today’s technological developments, the fact that a large part of the trade has been transferred from the physical environment to the electronic environment has caused the electronic commerce to become a necessity.

Therefore; nowadays, many companies are trying to adapt their commercial activities to e-commerce because it is faster and more economical.

In addition, e-commerce websites and companies need legal advice, as E-commerce Law has a separate legal procedure, legal risks, and regulations.

The proliferation of e-commerce, accordingly computer systems and the internet, brought along with the many legal issues from the drafting, arranging and examination of distant sales agreements to consumer rights violations.
